Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Service Scope:
We provide technical services with a focus on security, scalability, and cost-efficiency. We do not believe in buzzwords or false promises; we deliver 100% data verification reports upon migration completion.

License Usage:
Customers must comply with the Google Cloud Master Agreement. Cloudinfinity provides priority support and exclusive terms better than direct purchase.

Liability:
While we provide expert-certified tech support, Cloudinfinity is not liable for data loss occurring due to client-side credential mismanagement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Software & Licenses:
Per Google Cloud standards and the nature of digital "Consumption" licenses, fees for activated Google Workspace or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) seats are generally non-refundable once the 24-hour activation is complete.

Professional Services:
Migration and Training services are billed based on milestones. If a project is cancelled before completion, the client is liable for the percentage of work verified via our tracking process.

Egyptian Consumer Law:
In accordance with Egyptian regulations, physical hardware (if applicable) follows a 14-day return policy; however, technical service labor and digital license consumption are exempt once "rendered or activated".

Privacy Policy

Data Residency:
We assist enterprises in moving to Google Cloud. While Cloudinfinity manages the migration, your data resides on Google’s secure infrastructure.

Information Collection:
We collect contact details (Name, Company, Email) to provide quotes and VAT-compliant invoicing.

Confidentiality:
We guarantee confidentiality during secure migrations. We do not sell user data to third parties.

Cookies:
Our digital payment portal uses cookies to maintain session security and history access.

Pricing and Payment Policy

Local Currency:
To help clients avoid USD fees and foreign exchange fluctuations, Cloudinfinity supports "Pay in EGP" via local bank transfers and international transfers.

VAT Compliance:
All invoices are VAT-compliant and aligned with Egyptian Tax Authority regulations.

Installments:
We offer 0% interest annual payment plans to facilitate enterprise adoption.

Transparency:
We provide free budgeting to match real needs with "No Overselling".
